Includes one-two visits prenatally to discuss your birth desires and goals, birth education, breastfeeding education, and postpartum preparation; phone/text support during your entire pregnancy and postpartum periods; continuous support for your whole labor and birth; one - two visits postpartum to follow up on recovery, emotional health, lactation support, and newborn care.
