Hospital Package | $1800
Includes three two-hour appointments that can be used either prenatally and/or postpartum, unlimited text and phone support, 24/7 availability after 37 weeks, full labor and delivery support including but not limited to: position suggestions, stretches/exercises to progress labor, emotional coping methods, breathing techniques, advocacy to providers, partner/support person assistance, initial breastfeeding support, etc.
Prenatal appointments generally consist of reviewing/creating a birth plan, birth education, breastfeeding education, preparation for labor support, etc. Postpartum appointments include newborn care education, physical/emotional support, lactation support, light housework, etc.
Home or Birth Center Package | $1500

Postpartum Services | Day - $32/hour | Night - $35/ hour
One-two visits prenatally to discuss your birth
desires and goals, birth education, breastfeeding education,
and postpartum preparation; phone/text support during your
entire pregnancy and postpartum periods; continuous support
for your whole labor and birth; one - two visits postpartum to
follow up on recovery, emotional health, lactation support,
and newborn care.
Includes:
• Newborn care
• Maternal physical and emotional support
• Lactation support
• Light housework
• Basic meal prep
• Assistance with other children (if applicable)
